Real problems worth solving.
Every idea here started as an actual complaint online — scored for pain, checked against a single-person build, and vetted for existing competition. No brainstorming, just signal.
How it works
From a random complaint online to a validated opportunity in your feed.
Scan
We monitor Reddit, Hacker News, Stack Overflow, GitHub Issues, and Bluesky for real complaints and unmet needs — not brainstormed ideas.
Score
GPT-4o-mini rates each one for pain intensity, whether a solo developer could realistically build it, and regulatory risk.
Check
We search the web to see who's already solving it, so you know upfront if the space is crowded or wide open.
Curate
A human reviews every candidate before it goes live. No auto-published AI slop — only what actually holds up.

Why Venture Radar
Built for people who want to ship, not brainstorm.
Sourced from real complaints
Pulled straight from r/Entrepreneur, r/SaaS, r/sidehustle, Hacker News, Stack Overflow, GitHub Issues, and Bluesky.
Scored, not just collected
Every idea is checked for pain intensity, solo-buildability, and regulatory risk before it's worth your time.
Competition checked
We search the web before you do, so you know if the space is already crowded — or genuinely open.
Semantic search
Search in plain English — "getting more clients" finds relevant pain points even if they never use those exact words.
Save & organize
Bookmark the ideas worth revisiting straight to your account, ready when you're ready to build.
Fresh, always
New opportunities land regularly as the pipeline keeps scanning — this isn't a static list.
Frequently asked questions
Where does the data actually come from?+
Real posts from Reddit, Hacker News, Stack Overflow, GitHub Issues, and Bluesky — people describing an actual problem they have right now, not hypothetical brainstorming.
How is each idea scored?+
An AI model reads the original post and rates the pain intensity (0-100), whether a single developer could realistically build a first version, and any regulatory risk (finance, health, legal, etc). We then search the web to gauge existing competition.
Is every idea guaranteed to be good?+
No system is perfect, but every idea that reaches the public catalog has passed both the AI scoring and a human review before publishing — we'd rather show you fewer, better ideas than flood you with noise.
How often is new content added?+
The pipeline runs multiple times a day. New opportunities are reviewed and published on an ongoing basis, so the catalog keeps growing.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — subscriptions are billed monthly with no lock-in. Manage or cancel anytime from your account page.
